Delete your NoNeed Driver account and data
This page applies to NoNeed Driver accounts (taxi and delivery drivers). If you're looking to delete a customer account, please visit the customer account deletion page.
Before you can delete your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your earnings. Go to Earnings > Withdraw in the app to transfer your funds. Account deletion will be blocked if you have a non-zero balance.
Launch the NoNeed Driver app on your device and make sure you're signed in.
Tap on your profile icon or go to the Account tab from the bottom navigation.
If you have any earnings balance, go to Earnings and withdraw all funds first. You cannot delete your account with a balance.
Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option and tap on it.
To prevent accidental deletion, type the word "DELETE" in the confirmation field exactly as shown.
Tap "Delete My Account" to submit your request. You will be signed out immediately.
You have 7 days to change your mind. Simply log back in during this period and choose to reactivate your account. After 7 days, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted.

* Ride/delivery history is anonymized - your name and personal details are removed, but the trip records are kept for customer records. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and legal regulations. This anonymized data cannot be linked back to you personally.

During the 7-day grace period, you can cancel your deletion request by simply logging back into the app. When you log in with your phone number, you'll see a dialog asking if you want to reactivate your account.
Choose "Reactivate Account" to cancel the deletion and restore full access to your driver account. All your data, ratings, and history will be preserved.
Note: After the 7-day period, deletion is permanent and your account cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new driver account and go through the onboarding process again.
