Deactivate Account

Take a break without losing your data. You can reactivate anytime.

Permanently remove your account and data. This cannot be undone after the grace period.

How to Deactivate Your Account

Open the NoNeed App

Launch the NoNeed app on your device and make sure you're signed in.

Go to Account Settings

Tap on your profile icon, then navigate to Settings.

Select "Deactivate Account"

Scroll down to find the Account Management section and tap "Deactivate Account".

Confirm Deactivation

You may optionally provide a reason. Tap "Deactivate" to confirm. You will be signed out immediately.

To reactivate: Simply log in with your email and password. A dialog will appear asking if you want to reactivate your account.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the NoNeed App

Launch the NoNeed app on your device and make sure you're signed in.

Go to Account Settings

Tap on your profile icon, then navigate to Settings.

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll down to find the Account Management section and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm by Typing "DELETE"

To prevent accidental deletion, type the word "DELETE" in the confirmation field.

Submit Request

Tap "Delete My Account" to submit your request. You will be signed out immediately.

7-Day Grace Period

You have 7 days to change your mind. Simply log back in during this period and choose to cancel the deletion. After 7 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted.

* Some data is retained for legal and tax compliance purposes. Transaction records are anonymized but retained for 7 years as required by law. This data cannot be linked back to you personally.

Before You Delete

Make sure you have:

No pending orders or active bookings
No unresolved disputes or refund requests
Downloaded any data you wish to keep (order receipts, etc.)
Cancelled any active subscriptions

Driver Accounts

Are you a taxi or delivery driver? Driver accounts have a different deletion process with specific requirements.

Vendor Accounts

If you have a linked vendor account, deleting your buyer account will also schedule your vendor account for deletion. Both accounts share the same email and are processed together.

Before deleting a vendor account, ensure you have:

Completed all pending orders
Withdrawn any available balance from your Stripe account
Resolved any open disputes with customers
