Go to the Control tab and toggle "Online" to start receiving requests. Make sure you have completed your profile and uploaded all required documents before going online.
You need a valid driver's license. You can upload your documents in the Account > Documents section. All documents must be clearly visible and not expired.
Go to Account > Vehicle Information to add details about your vehicle including make, model, year, color, and license plate. For delivery drivers, you can also specify your vehicle type (bicycle, motorcycle, scooter, car, or van).

How rides and deliveries work
When you receive a request notification, tap "Accept" to confirm. You will see the pickup and destination/delivery locations on the map with navigation directions.
You can cancel from the ride/delivery details screen. Note that your cancellation rate may affect your acceptance rating. Try to minimize cancellations to maintain a good standing.
Once you have dropped off the passenger or delivered the package, tap "Complete Ride" or "Complete Delivery" and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm completion.
Earnings & Payments
Payment and earnings information
Payments are scheduled weekly and deposited directly to your linked bank account. Stripe may also allow you to withdraw your earnings instantly with a 1.5% fee. You can view your earnings history in the Earnings tab.
When a customer directly selects you for a ride or delivery, you earn 100% of the fare. On auto-dispatch requests, your earnings may vary (more or less) based on the standard operation pricing for your city. The platform charges a service fee to customers on top of your earnings.
Go to the Earnings tab and set up your Stripe account. Stripe securely handles all payment processing and will guide you through adding your bank account and tax information.

Manage your account
Go to Account > Personal Information to update your details. Note: Phone number changes may not be allowed in certain situations for security purposes. Profile picture changes require up to 2 days for verification and can only be changed once every 30 days.
Go to Account > Vehicle Information to update your vehicle details including type, make, model, and license plate.
Go to Account > Documents to upload or update your driver's license and other required documents. Document changes may require verification before approval.
Troubleshooting
Common issues and solutions
Make sure you are online in the Control tab. Check that your location services are enabled and you have a stable internet connection. Also verify that all required documents are approved.
Ensure location permissions are enabled in your device settings. Try restarting the app or your device. Make sure you have a clear GPS signal and are not in an area with poor reception.
Check your internet connection and ensure the app has the latest updates. Try clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app if the issue persists.
