How do I track my delivery?
Once a driver accepts your delivery request, you'll see real-time tracking on the map. You can view the driver's location, estimated arrival time, and contact them directly through the app.
How do I request a refund?
You can request a refund through the app under your order history, or by contacting us at support@noneed.us with your order number. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full eligibility details.
How do I become a driver or delivery partner?
Download the NoNeed Driver app, create an account, and complete the onboarding process which includes uploading your driver's license and a selfie for verification. Once approved, you can start accepting ride and delivery requests. See our Driver Terms of Service for details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) securely processed through Stripe. You can also use NoNeed Coins for discounts on delivery and ride services. Payment methods can be managed in your account settings within the app.
How do I delete my account and personal data?
You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this:
  • In the app: Go to Account → Account Actions → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompt to permanently delete your account.
  • By email: Send a request to support@noneed.us from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Please note: You must have no active orders, pending withdrawals, or remaining wallet balance before deletion. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
My delivery was not received or items are missing. What do I do?
Contact us immediately at support@noneed.us or call +1 (804) 701-4114 with your order number. We'll investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a refund or redelivery depending on the circumstances.
What personal data does NoNeed collect?
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services, including:
  • Account info: Name, email, phone number
  • Location data: Pickup and delivery addresses (used only during active orders)
  • Payment info: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
  • Order history: Past orders for your reference and customer support
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For full details, see Section 23 of our Terms of Service.
How do I report a safety concern?
Your safety is our top priority. If you have an immediate safety concern, please call 911 first. For non-emergency safety reports, contact us at support@noneed.us with the subject line "Safety Report" and include your order number, the date and time of the incident, and a description of what happened. We take all safety reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
